Step out into the private garden and covered terrace to enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and forest. The private outdoor pool is heated and available from May to October, perfect for relaxing in nature. An outdoor shower is also at your disposal. Parking is available both on the property (1 shared spot) and on the street. A shared electric car charger is also provided. Events are not permitted on the property. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, formerly dedicated to livestock, offering a peaceful atmosphere for families. You’ll be close to the beach and have a large private plot, ideal for relaxing and enjoying outdoor activities.
